Dr. Chaudhry Nasir Ahmad is the Afsar Jalsa Salana UK 2008. His name was graciously approved by Hadhrat Ameerul Momineen, Khalifatul Masih Al-Khamis on 18 November 2006. Dr sahib is also a Naib Ameer of the UK Jama'at He has been Afsar Jalsa Salana since 1999, therefore this is his 9th year to be responsible for the Jalsa administration.

Dr sahib has setup a comprehensive infrastructure for the implementation of this vast project. The Jalsa volunteers include 8 Naib Afsar's and approximately 60 Nazimeen; 250 Naib Nazimeen and 1500 Muavineen. There is also a specific 6 member team which reports to him directly on the matters of health and safety. As Afsar Jalsa Salana, Dr sahib is ultimately responsible for the arrangements of Jalsa Gah; Khidmat-e-Khalq and Lajna Jalsa administration.

Azhar Mian sahib is the Nazim Jalsa Salana Office. Mian sahib is an extremely dedicated volunteer of the Jama'at with various duties. His main responsibility is the office of the Jalsa Salana in which he spends a good part of the year organizing, implementing, and then, concluding all administration matters in relation to the annual convention. Duties include the dispatch of Invitation Letters to all the branches of the Jama'at world wide; Correspondence between the Jalsa office and other Jama'ats across the world using all types of communication modes.

Mian sahib keeps a detailed record of the quotations and paper work of goods hired and purchased for the Jalsa. Another responsibility of the office is that of issuing the various types of Jalsa passes. Mian sahib has been working as the Nazim Office Jalsa Salana for the last 7 years. Mia sahib has a number of volunteers who assist him in his duties.

He also voluntarily works for the Aftab Khan Library and as Qaid Tajneed and Central Database administrator for Majlis Ansarullah UK.

Mohammad Nasser Khan sahib has been approved as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana 2008. He has been working in this position for over 7 years. He is also the Naib Ameer of the UK Jama'at and Secretary Jaidad. Khan sahib is this year responsible for the activities at Islamabad, Tilford. His Nizamats include 3 Langar’s and the Roti Plant.

He shall also be responsible for various other demanding activities including the preparation of the Islamabad site before the Jalsa which are undertaken by the Nizamat of Maintenance.

During the event Khan sahib is assisting his Nazimeen and various volunteers to ensure that the food prepared at Islamabad is cooked and delivered to the Jalsa venue on time, every time. Another important Nizamat which Khan sahib is in charge of is the Supply & Stores.

Apart from the Jalsa Salana duties, Nasser Khan sahib is also Naib Ameer of UK Jama'at and Secretary Jaidad; maintaining and developing vast projects across the country.

Bashir Ahmad Akhtar sahib has been appointed as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana 2008 and has been working in this office for the last 5 years. This year he is responsible for the operations at the Bait ul Futuh Complex, Morden.

His Nizamats are Reception, Accommodation, Tarbiyyat, Lost Property, Information, Transport and Registration.  Two of his departments are simultaneously working at both the Jalsa Salana venue as well as at Baitul Futuh.

Bashir sahib is also the General Secretary in the United Kingdom Jama’at. As the General Secretary he is an integral member of the Aamila at the National level as well as serving the complex infrastructure throughout the local and regional administration.

Mubarak Ahmad Sidiqui sahib has been appointed as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana for this year.

Zaheer Ahmad Jatoi sahib is a Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana. This is his 3rd Jalsa as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana. Previously he served as Naib Afsar Khidmat-e-Khalq for a number of years.

His nizamats are responsible for Mehman Nawazi at the London Mosque, Islamabad and Bait ul Futuh. He is also responsible for the Nizamat of Langar at Bait ul Futuh and Nizamat Reception at the London Mosque.

Zaheer sahib is also the permanent member of the Jama'at staff and is currently the Manager of the Baitul Futuh Complex.

Naseer Ahmad Dean sahib serves the Jama'at for the 4th year as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana. He previously served as the Naib Afsar Khidmat-e-Khalq for a number of years.

His nizamats include VIP; Special Guests; Foreign Guests; Mehman Nawazi; Hazri Nigrani Muavineen; and Food Transportation.

Naseer Ahmad Dean sahib also serves The London Region as the Regional Ameer. The London region incorporates 24 Jama’ats in total.

Basit Ahmad sahib has been appointed as Naib Afsar for his 7th consecutive year. His main responsibility is the arduous task to prepare the Jalsa site ready for the event. The Nizamat’s for which Basit sahib is responsible are Electricity, Maintenance; and Water Supply. The structure for the site and its preparation are setup as 3 distinct Nizamats due to the huge area that requires managing.

Mirza Abdul Rasheed sahib has been honored for the 7th consecutive year as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana. His nizamats include First Aid – Allopathic; First Aid – Homeopathy; Special Arrangements; Inspection; Tarbiyyat; and Central Guests.
Mirza sahib also dedicates a huge amount of time for his role as the Naib Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK.

Rafi Ahmad Bhatti sahib serves the Jama'at for the 4th year as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana. He previously served as the Naib Afsar Khidmat-e-Khalq for a number of years. His nizamats include Reception Airports; Transport; Bazaar; Scanning; Communications; and Reception Hadeeqatul Mahdi.
His other work includes the responsibility as the UK National Secretary Waqfe Nau.
